LET’S GO THERE LIVE. GOV. STITT: AT BEDTIME — AT THAT TIME, WE DID NOT HAVE A TESTING CAPACITY OR SUPPLIES BEARING WHEN WE LOOKED AT THE STOCKPILE, WE HAD ONE DAY OF PPE ON HAND, AND WE WERE REALLY WORKING A — WORKING IN CRISIS MODE. WE CAME UP WITH A PLAN TO PUSH OUT PPE TO HOSPITALS WHEN THEY HAD ONLY THREE DAYS SUPPLY LEFT ON HAND, AND DEVELOPED A SURGE PLAN, AND TRIED TO DEVELOP THOSE SUPPLY CHAINS AND BE OF OUR PPE SUPPLY, AND INCREASE OUR TESTING CAPACITY WITHIN THE STATE, AND REALLY HAD TO WORK THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. OUR ORIGINAL MODELING THAT WAS DONE BY OUR STATE EPIDEMIOLOGISTS — WE WILL TRY TO SHARE THAT RIGHT NOW. SHOWED BY THAT FIRST MODELING PREDICTION ON JULY 21, THEY WERE EXPECTING AROUND 30,000 DEATHS IN THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA. AT THIS TIME, I BELIEVE WE HAVE HAD 432 DEATHS. YOU CAN SEE THAT MODEL CERTAINLY , IT CERTAINLY HELPED TO DECREASE THE NUMBER OF DEATHS IN THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA AND ACTIVE CASES BY ALL OF THE THINGS THAT WE DID, WITH SOCIAL-DISTANCING, SAFER AT HOME, AND THE TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE NON-ESSENTIAL BUSINESSES, ETC. YOU CAN SEE WHERE WE ARE TODAY. STARTING WITH THIS NEXT SLIDE WHERE WE HAVE HAD A TOTAL OF 432 TOTAL DEATHS. THERE WERE FOUR NEW FATALITIES LAST NIGHT A 1000 NEW CASES. NEXT SLIDE. BACK IN APRIL, WE WERE TESTING AROUND 1500 TO 2000 TESTS A DAY WAS OUR CAPACITY. WE HAD A COMBINED TOTAL NUMBER OF TESTS OF 22,000, AND THEN, TODAY, WE HAVE DONE OVER 449,000 TESTS AND WE ARE GETTING AROUND 9000 TESTS A DAY, SO WE GREATLY INCREASED OUR IN-STATE TESTING CAPACITY, AND THE AMOUNT OF TESTING WE ARE PROVIDING. OVERALL, WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE DAY, THE PRESENT TIME, YOU CAN SEE WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE U.S., THERE ARE INCREASING NUMBERS ALL AROUND THE UNITED STATES, AND THEY ARE WATCHING THE DATA VERY CLOSELY. IT IS CONCERNING TO US, BUT YOU CAN SEE THAT WE ARE ONE OF THE STATES THAT ARE PERFORMING BETTER THAN THE NATIONAL AVERAGE AS FAR AS PERCENT POSITIVITY. CURRENTLY ON OUR PPE ON HAND, YOU CAN SEE THE CURRENT DAYS ON HAND WE HAVE IN OUR STOCKPILE, AND SO WE ARE WELL BEYOND — IN THE ORIGINAL DAYS WE WERE TRYING TO FIND ONE DAY OF SUPPLIES. WE DEVELOPED OUR SURGE PLAN, WHICH WE STILL HAVE IN PLACE. SO, THAT IS WHERE WE HAD OUR HEALTH CARE SYSTEM AT AROUND, CLOSE TO 5000 BEDS BEARING WE ASKED EVERYONE TO PLUS UP BY 40%, AND EVERYONE DEVELOPED PLANS AND SHOWED WHERE THEY WERE PUSHING THEIR BEDS — BED CAPACITY UP TO 40%, AND REALLY AND THAT CRISIS/EMERGENCY MODE. WE HAD THE SAFETYNET WITH THE COVID FLECKS SITES FOR THE ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS TO BUILD THOSE POP-UP HOSPITALS. WE CURRENTLY HAVE 240 PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 95 WE CAN REENGAGE THE CONTRACT ON IT ANY TIME. THOSE ARE EXTRA, ADDITIONAL CO. IT HOSPITAL BEDS — THOSE ARE EXTRA ADDITIONAL COVID HOSPITAL BEDS IN CASE A HOSPITAL SYSTEM REACHES CAPACITY AND NEEDS TO USE THOSE FACILITIES FOR COVID PATIENTS. CURRENTLY, YOU CAN SEE THAT THE AGE GROUP WE HAVE BEEN TALKING ABOUT, THAT 18 TO 35-YEAR-OLD AGE GROUP HAS INCREASED TO BE THE MAJOR, NUMBER ONE GROUP AS FAR AS PERCENTAGE OF PEOPLE INFECTED WITH THE VIRUS IN OKLAHOMA, THE ONE WE ARE REALLY WATCHING CLOSELY IS THAT 65 AND ABOVE AGE GROUP. IT HAS DECREASED FROM WHERE IT WAS TO BEGIN WITH AT 28.93%. IT IS AT 13.44%. THE CUMULATIVE IS THAT 12.7%. THAT IS OVER THE PAST 14 DAY ROLLING AVERAGE. WE ARE WANTING THAT VERY CLOSELY. WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WILL START TO INCREASE AS WELL. NEXT SLIDE. THAT IS REALLY ALL OF THE SLIDES I HAVE. I WILL TALK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT WHERE WE ARE. SO, WE WENT FROM OUR CRISIS MODE TO NOW WE ARE IN A RISK MANAGEMENT MODE. WE ARE DOING OUR — WE ARE ASSESSING THE DATA DAILY. I’M TALKING TO THE HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION AND THE HOSPITAL CEOS. THEY ARE ASSURING ME THAT WE HAVE CAPACITY STILL, BUT — CAPACITY STILL AND WE ARE DOING WELL. BUT WE HAVE HAD TWO DAYS IN A ROW WHERE WE HAD 1000 POSITIVES. THAT IS ALWAYS A CONCERN, BUT WHAT IS MORE CONCERNING IS THE HOSPITALIZATIONS AND THE DEATHS. WE WATCH THE PERCENTAGE OF POSITIVES TO HOSPITALIZATIONS ON A DAILY BASIS, AND ACTUALLY THAT PERCENTAGE HAS GONE DOWN, THE NUMBER OF HOSPITALIZATIONS OF PERCENTAGE POSITIVES HAS GONE DOWN IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS. THAT IS PROBABLY BECAUSE OF THAT LARGE GROUP, THAT 18 TO 35-YEAR-OLD AGE GROUP. AND I AM HAPPY TO TAKE ANY QUESTIONS ONE WE ARE DONE WITH THIS, BUT I WANT EVERYONE TO SEE OUR CURRENT SITUATIONS WHERE WE WENT FROM CRISIS TO RISK MANAGEMENT MODE, AND HOW WE ARE BASICALLY ASSESSING, WORKING THROUGH THIS. RIGHT NOW, THE HOSPITALS ARE REALLY DOING A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE WANTING TO TAKE THE LION OF THIS. AND TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO TRANSFER PATIENTS WHEN THEY NEED TO, AND WE GOT THE COVID HOSPITAL BEDS WAITING FOR THEM IF THEY NEED THEM. BUT SO FAR, AT LEAST IN THE METRO REGION, THEY HAVE NOT TO HAVE TO ENGAGE INTO THAT. IN TULSA, THEY HAD TO
