The Red have beaten the Brumbies 26-7 in a Super Rugby Australia fixture played at Suncorp Stadium.
Even before the match was played, both sides had already qualified for the play-offs.
The Reds will play the Rebels next week to determine who takes on the log-leading Brumbies in the final.
The Reds, who lead 18-7 at half- time scored tries through Liam Wright and Chris Feauai-Sautia with James O’Connor adding a conversion and three penalties.
The Brumbies scored through Peter Samu with Bayley Kuenzle adding a conversion.
