Indiana Health officials launch 4 new drive-in testing clinics
The Indiana State Department of Health announced four new free drive-thru COVID-19 testing sites for residents on Sunday.According to IDSH, the sites will be located in Allen, Clark, Decatur and Lake counties. The testing sites will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, or until testing supplies run out.Testing will be reserved for symptomatic healthcare workers, first responders and essential workers. It will also be available to symptomatic individuals who live with one of these workers and people who have symptoms of COVID-19 and underlying medical conditions, such as obesity, high blood pressure or heart disease. Officials say, 61,142 tests have been reported to ISDH.
