A Brooklyn barbershop was busted by cops for hosting an underground party with over 50 revelers in defiance of coronavirus social distancing rules, police said.
Cops arrived at eNVee Barbershop on Avenue L near 87th St. in Canarsie just after 10 p.m. to find dozens of people partying in the basement of a supposedly shuttered business.
The officers handed out 60 summonses for violating social distancing rules — and arrested two people in connection to a gun found at the scene, according to sources.
As cops descended on the scene, NYPD helicopters flew over head to make sure all the rebel-rousers were caught.
One man detained at the scene took to social media saying that he was just a camera man and the group was shooting a music video.
Cops said the music video claim was false and that it was a party with no purpose.
