The CDC includes chills, duplicated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat and new loss of taste or smell as main symptoms of COVID-19
The Center for Disease Control has actually updated its list of signs people experience when they get sick from the coronavirus.
The new list includes 6 new symptoms. For more than a month, the only official signs of coronavirus were fever, cough and shortness of breath.
The news signs included on April 24, 2020:
- Chills
- Repeated shaking with chills
- Muscle discomfort
- Headache
- Aching throat
- New loss of taste or smell
The updated symptoms list also add “problem breathing” to the description of “shortness of breath.”
The CDC’s website mentioned that man signs can appear 2 to 14 days after direct exposure to the coronavirus.
The CDC encourages seeking immediate medical attention if you experience difficulty breathing, relentless discomfort or pressure in the chest, bluish lips or face, or brand-new confusion or failure to excite– however it adds that the list is not extensive.
