MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO)— Meridian Manor Assisted Living Facility in Wayzata is now empty due to a break out of COVID-19
It’s unclear who all evaluated favorable at the facility, but Meridian Manor authorities inform WCCO 18 out of the 55 citizens evaluated favorable, and the Minnesota Department of Health states it’s a bulk of the staff who tested positive.
